Scheduling

Park West’s approach to scheduling will always be to keep the clients priority our priority. Every project requires a carefully planned project schedule to be in place to gauge the critical path and timeline of all activities to ensure that the project, no matter the size, is running on track. Our approach is to pay tremendous attention to pre-planning and every detail of the project to ensure a smooth, well thought out project, from bidding, permitting, to hand selecting its sub contractors.

Project Management

Park West excels in managing all aspects of your project from start to finish. Our Project Management Team is the function of wisdom, expertise, tools and techniques applied to a job’s activities in order to achieve project objectives. Pre-Construction

Prior to the commencement of construction, Park West can assist with many site preparation services. We begin with conceptual drawings and proceed to a final ‘to scale’ drawing, identifying design features, plant materials and more. Along with the final design, we prepare a schedule of construction and installation costs for the project. Park West performs the majority of our installation and construction work in-house, occasionally collaborating with qualified, bonded subcontractors.
